To make good stock you need some things. Costumes are one of these things. Most time I just need some old black stuff I still have in my wardrobe. I also sewed a skirt for my stocks. But now I plan somethings new. I don’t want to make a black/gothic shooting. I want to make some baroque white stock photos. No classic baroque – the epoch just inspired me for this shooting. I will buy a new camera – a Canon EOS 500D! I’m very excited about it but if I buy the camera I need more money for my costume wishlist.

Online Survey about Compositings

I’m writing my Bachelor Thesis because I’m in the last semester of my academic studies. The topic is Compositings: The creation of a realistic photomontage and its distribution in art communities.

Compositings are also known as photomontages or photomanipulations. I’m writing about creating compositings and their meaning in art communities. To get enough material about this theme, I’ve made an online survey. So if you ever made a compositing and are a member in an art communtiy, you can take part in my survey.

New Photomanipulation: Faye

It’s been a long time since I really wanted to do a photomanipulation. I always tried but it was more like a duty. So I was glad that it wasn’t hard for me to make this new work. I’m still waiting for my muse.

I’m now in my 7th Semester and this is the last one. I have to write my Bachelor thesis that will be about compositings. So I have to read and write a lot about this topic. I also have to do a special compositing for my thesis.

That’s why I have to do a lot in Photoshop the next time and I hope that I will find more time for my manipulations too. I really missed making them.

I also need to do more stocks. In summer I sewed a great victorian skirt. I am no great seamstress but the skirt is really great. Maybe I will soon find some time to make stocks for you.

Historical Dress Shop

This saturday I will go to the biggest historical market in germany. There will be bands, knights, stands and a lot of other stuff. For this event I bought a new dress as somebody already know from my stock account on deviantart.

I just wanted different colors: dark green and indigo. I hope you will like it.

It seems that it’s been a long time since my operation. Now I have a big scar in my mouth -that’s a bit strange :/. I was a week in Black Forest because I moved to another flat. My new flat is really beautiful and big. I thought about buying a pet – maybe a mouse.

I am currently working on a new website for a metal festival in summer. Actually this wasn’t my job but they need quick help so I said I make a site. I hope it will be enough because they don’t have enough time so I can’t make anything special. I will give you the link when the site is online!

I also got my corsage! I hope I can make new pictures and stocks with it the next days. But the weather here is so bad and I need some light in my room to make stocks. But the corsage is so beautiful. I have to show it!

a needle and a trepan

I had an operation on my jaw last wednesday. No I have a thick cheek but it doesn’t hurt :/. The doctor forbid me to do anything so I am reading some books. The only thing I can do is drinking camomile tea (since wednesday…). I startet to read Twilight and I don’t understandy why but I love this book. In a few minutes I will get the second book. So nothing new for me until the doctor take the stitches out next saturday.
